Complimentary 15-30min phone/video call to review your specific concerns, learn a bit about your child’s areas of need, and determine the best course of action- whether that is a more formal OT evaluation, or referral to another specialist.

In-person meeting to identify how your child engages with the world around them. Through the use of standardized and informal tools, I will assess your child’s strengths and challenges within the areas of motor, cognition, sensory processing, and adaptive skills to help guide recommendations & provide baseline for treatment.

Individual sessions in your home or preferred location targeting areas of need. (*sessions in school must be approved and coordinated with the school). Includes caregiver education.

Supplemental phone/video consults- because sometimes we just need a little extra support

Screenings- in-person observation (30min, home, school, community) to help detect potential challenges and determine the best course of action.
